All the candidates who have applied or wish to participate in the counseling for NRI seats should have to follow the following norms for admission. The merit/preference will be given to those candidates as per order of Hon’ble High Court at Jodhpur in case No. 12860/2017 Kala Ashram Ayurved Medical College V/s Government of Rajasthan, Dr. S. R. Rajasthan Ayurved University Jodhpur and others as under:

  1. That the total strength of seats under the NRI quota is 15% i.e. 9 seats in this college.
  2. The preference will be given to those people of Indian Origin, who have migrated to other countries, have a desire to bring back their children to their own country as they not only get education but get reunited with Indian Cultural ethos by virtue of being there and bring back the money in India which they will spend elsewhere on education of children rather reach their own motherland.
  3. First such seats should be utilized bona fide by NRI’s only and merit should not be given complete go-by.
  4. Admission under NRI quota- Institution will be at liberty to admit students against the NRI quota up to 15%. The University is restrained from admitting students from any other category against the quota of NRI to the extent of 15%.
  5. Secondly preference will be given to those NRI candidates who are having ancestral background of other state and Union Territories of India.
  6. Third preference shall be given to those Indian Candidates who are sponsored by NRI and sponsorship letter is attached with the application.
  7. Fourth preference will be given to those Indian Candidates who is willing to pay a fee equivalent to US $ for BAMS Course.
    1. The First preference will be given to those candidates who have appeared in PAT Exam 2017-18 held by Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur.
    2. The Second preference shall be given to those candidates who have scored highest marks in 12th Standard and merit shall be formed in its accordance on the marks obtained in 12th Standards in all subjects but the sole discretion of the management committee will be final and University will only approved the candidates’ credentials, documents and physical verification.
    3. The advertisement in the news paper is published in State Level News papers for wide publicity and application received either by Hand or Post taken into consideration and after scrutinize only those candidates are eligible for admission who has attended the 17 Years of age as 01.10.2017 and merits is formed on the basis of marks obtained in PAT or 12th
    4. No restriction of any kind will be on the NRI/NRI Sponsored seats /NRI Children who is willing to take admission and must have passed 12th or Intermediate Class with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects with others and the certification shall meet the requirements of Higher Class equivalent to 12th Standards as per Law in India set up by CBSE.
    5. The Fees in terms of Demand Draft for Rs. 20,000/- shall be accompanied in the prescribed application form on the date of counseling and once the admission is confirmed the remaining fees shall be deposited at once on the same date else the fee paid with application shall be forfeited.
    6. The time of counseling will be 10.00 am in the College premises.
    7. All original documents of candidate shall be represented in the front of NRI Counseling Committee for verification of documents and physical verification of candidate. On selection of the candidates the original documents will be deposited in college and later will be sent to University.
    8. In case if NRI/NRI sponsored students are not available than preference will be given to those candidates who have been appeared in PAT Exam conducted by University. Than those candidates will be admitted as per the committee decision.
